1 Small Red Onion, Sliced
1 Small Tomato, Sliced
2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
Ranch Dressing:
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
3 Tablespoons Horseradish
4 Teaspoons Parsley, Chopped
4 Teaspoons Finely Chopped Red Peppers

Dressing Preparations: Combine all ingredients and blend well. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for later use. Now cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Evenly layer on the roast beef, spoon on the salad dressing mix saved earlier. Now top with onions, tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Secure the sandwich with a wooden pick or skewer. Enjoy.
