16 Ounces Firm Tofu
1 ¼ Cup Homemade Honey Mustard
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Package, Your Favorite Crackers

Cooking Directions:
Start by cutting the firm tofu into 4 equal pieces. Slice each one as thin as you can. Get most of the moisture out of the tofu as you can. Place dry thin strips of tofu in a mixing bowl and mix with homemade honey mustard. Cover and let marinade over night or at least 3 hours. Stir every 30 minutes. When ready Broil tofu on each side for 5 minutes. Eat tofu with crackers and enjoy.
