For this tangy fiesta mayo, combine all the ingredients and blend until creamy. Set aside. Preparing steak you want to pan fry or broiling. When the steak is nearly done top with cheddar cheese. Toast the hoagie roll, generously spread on the fiesta mayo on both half’s of the hoagie roll. Place the steak on the bottom, top with avocado wedges, sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Cover with hoagie half. Serve hot and enjoy.
