Ingredients:
1 Ounce Onion Soup Mix
1 Teaspoon All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Cumin
½ Teaspoon Hot Chili Powder
1 Cup Cold Water
1 Cup Chunky Salsa
1 Loafs Italian style Bread
4 Cups Shredded Lettuce
1 Pound Deli Style Roast Beef Slices
2 Small Tomatoes, Sliced
2 Cups Mexi-Style Cheese Blend

Cooking Directions:
In a small microwave safe dish combine the onion soup mix, flour, ground cumin and the hot chili powder. Blend in the 1 cup of water. Cover but not all the way, allow little steam to escape. Microwave 5 minutes. Stir once at 2.5 minutes; once done stir in salsa. Slice bread in half length wise. Hollow out the bottom halves of bread. Layer one cup of shredded lettuce, roast beef, salsa mixture and the remaining roast beef. Top that with tomato slices. Sprinkle on remaining shredded salad and top with bread half. Wrap tight with plastic wrap and place in the fridge.
