Cooking Directions:
Combine the beaten eggs, salt and cold milk. Blend well. Spread Peanut butter one 6 slices of bread, top with remaining bread and cut in half. Dredge sandwiches thru the egg mixture, drip off extra. Add battered sandwiches to hot shortening in large griddle. Serve with hot jelly if desired.
