1 ½ Pounds Lean Roast Beef, Thinly Cut
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Horseradish Mustard
¼ Teaspoon Table Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
2 Loafs Sub Bread
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
¼ Cup Butter Or Margarine, Softened
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
3 Cups Lettuce, Chopped
1 Large Red Onion, Sliced, Separated
6-10 Ounces Provolone Cheese, Sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1/3 Cup Black Olives, Chopped

Cooking Directions:
Combine the sour cream, mustard, table salt and fresh cracked pepper. Set aside. Mash the garlic in with the butter, parsley and basil. Set aside for sandwich spread. Cut your bread in half length wise and remove the soft inner bread. Spread on your garlic herb mixture on both sides of bread. Layer the ingredients in order, bottom bread, lettuce leafs, onion circles, provolone cheese, thin roast beef, sour cream dressing, red peppers slices and chopped olives. Top with top loaf. Cut into party wedges, 8-10 sections. This sandwich will make a party favorite.
