Ingredients:
6 Ounces Left Over Thanksgiving Turkey
2 Anaheim Chili Peppers, Halved
2 Red, Yellow Or Red Bell Peppers, Sliced
4 Hoagie Sandwich Buns
2 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine
4 Slices Jack Cheese
¼ Cup Country Jalapeno Dijon Mustard

Cooking Directions:
Make a slit in the peppers, add them to a medium hot skillet or non-stick frying pan in the hot butter. Allow them to blacken. Take directly from heat and wrap in damp paper towels. Add damp paper towels to a zip lock back and set aside. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. After 15 minutes the skin of the peppers should peal off. To assemble this Leftover Turkey Sandwich evenly spread out the jalapeno Dijon mustard to the bottom half of the hoagie rolls. Add chilies, turkey, bell pepper slices and top with cheese and top half of bun. Serve hot or cold, enjoy.
