1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Powder
¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
2-3 Teaspoons Cold Water
¼ Teaspoon Fresh Minced Garlic
4 Chicken Breast, Boneless Skinless
4 Hamburger Buns
1 Large Tomato, Sliced
1 Cup Shredded Lettuce

Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine cayenne powder, Dijon mustard. Pure honey, dried oregano, water and minced garlic. Now broil the chicken in indirect heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Brush with mixture and continue broiling for 6 minutes longer on each side. Baste often until the juices run clear. Serve on hamburger buns and top with tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
