1 ½ Pound Cooked Twice Ground Ham
10 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine, Softened
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
½ Teaspoon Ground All Spice
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
¼ Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
¼ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 ½ Ounce Swiss Cheese, Cubed
1 ½ Ounce Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cubed
1 Loaf French Bread
2 Cucumbers

Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine the butter, mustard, allspice, nutmeg, pepper and thyme. Mix well until smooth. Add twice ground ham to the butter mix; blend well. Now take your French bread and slightly cut off the ends. And give it a large horizontal cut. Now pull out the soft inner bread. Spread/press the ham mixture into the bread. Top with the Swiss cheese slices, cucumbers and top the cucumber with the sharp cheddar cheese. Add the remaining mixture to the top of that. Wrap the sandwich tightly with plastic wrap than foil. Add this sandwich to the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve slice thinly and enjoy. Get for gatherings or birthday parties.
