Cooking Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine sliced onions with fresh lime juice. Gently toss. To build these wonderful finger sandwiches lay out your bread and add a very small layer of butter to each one. This will keep your bread from getting soggy. Add the onion slices along with the cilantro and tomatoes on the prepared bread slices. Cover with a slice of buttered bread. Cut off the crust of the sandwich and cut diagonally. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour before eating. Enjoy.
