Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
12 Slices Potato Bread
3 Cups Cooked Chicken, Shredded
½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Green Onions, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Tarragon, Minced
1/3 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Tablespoon Prepared Relish
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Fresh Cut lettuce
Shredded Almonds [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
Start by combining the mayo, shredded chicken, chopped onions, minced tarragon and fresh cracked pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread mixture evenly out over 6 slices of bread. Add lettuce and place the remaining pieces of bread on top. Serve with pickle half’s. Enjoy.
