Ingredients:
8 Slices Thick Bacon, Cooked
½ Cup Sour Cream
8 Slices White Bread
4 Green Onions, Chopped
4 Slices American Cheese
2 Eggs, Hardboiled, Sliced
¼ Cup Butter Or margarine, Softened

Cooking Directions:
Put a small layer of butter on each piece of bread. Place that side down in a hot skillet. Spread on sour cream, onions, cheese, eggs and cooked bacon. Top with bread butter side up. Cook both sides of sandwich until the sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
